Handball! 


I didn't know that much about handball before I got here, and honestly I still don't know that much. I do know the most important fact: the Danes won the championship on Sunday. I'm not going to lie - I only watched the last 5 minutes of the game, but the end of the game was still pretty exciting since it came down to the last 90 seconds. Efficiency sports watching is definitely more my speed. When the team came home today about 20,000 people were in City Hall Square to celebrate and welcome them home. Team members came out on the balcony and waved their trophy around while the Danes cheered them on. I have no idea what they were cheering, but I do know that it looked like the team was about to drop the trophy several times.
